T’AI CHI CHIH, (Joy Through Movement), is now available as a 48 minute practice video disk (DVD) featuring Carmen L. Brocklehurst, the instructor of the popular PBS T'ai Chi Chih series. A 5 minute demonstration is followed by a 40 minute practice session.  All 19 movements and one pose are demonstrated on the DVD in a slow, gentle and easy to follow manner. The DVD is offered at the affordable price of $32.95.
